Hi! I'm Robin.

I’m kind of a “jill-of-all-trades” when it comes to organization, marketing, and strategic planning. I am passionate about simplifying processes, finding problems, and coming up with unique solutions to support women-run small businesses.

I started my career in education and school administration where I honed my teaching skills and became an official grammar nerd. When I became a mother, I stepped back from the classroom and began to notice that some of my friends needed help with their e-commerce businesses. I love a good puzzle and immediately started offering solutions. “Robin can figure it out” became a common phrase. My virtual assistant world began with just one client, but word spread, and soon I had more clients than I could handle. It was always a constant challenge to pivot with the different companies' focus - handmade products, home decor, apparel, fine jewelry, brick and mortar stores, and even fully online businesses selling apps and printables.

A move to the Willamette Valley in Oregon led to a move into agriculture and my love of growing flowers was born. It’s amazing what a bit of good soil and lots of rain can do to a landscape! I now work as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships for a major nursery and find myself speaking to large audiences of growers, researching and observing plants, meeting with hybridizers and other nurseries, and writing tons of words every day!

I have a knack for being able to look at the big picture, quickly assess the steps needed for improvement, and foresee potential roadblocks. I love to make things “just a bit better” whether it’s organizing a Tupperware drawer, creating a meal plan and shopping list, streamlining budgets, increasing open rates on eye-catching emails, creating drip campaigns to automate your life and increase customer engagement, or recommending the next trending cut flower.

In my free time you can find me digging in my dahlia and rose gardens, playing card games with my kids, trying new restaurants with my husband, reading, listening to fav podcasts, or solving the daily Wordle in the New York Times.
